At Galia Lahav, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; if your luxury purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return process for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made bridal gowns and personalized evening wear are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Await Authorization

  Our concierge team will review your request to ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact before issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once your return arrives at our atelier and passes a quality control inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
